Vivint Sales Incentive

First off, I have absolutely no experience when it comes to talking about this. Especially considering the Husband only started working yesterday! Which was a very happy day by the way. However, my cute sister-in-law Kandice (her husband also works for Vivint) came across this awesome blog and she really knows what she is doing when it comes to this. So we read through a bunch of her ideas and this is what we decided to do for our husbands as an extra incentive. And so that I would be able to get more excited and involved with what he is doing at work.
First we went to The Dollar Tree(seriously the most amazing dollar tree I have ever been to, they have EVERYTHING) and bought these cute little pales. We numbered each pale 1-4.

Then, we got tickets and wrote different "prizes" on each of them. The things in pale 1 are small things, they get bigger in 2 and even bigger in pale 3.  Prizes for pale 4 are pretty big!

So however many sales Husband gets that day, he draws out of the pale that night and then wins whatever his ticket says! Here are a few of the things that I came up with:

Pale 1:
-Things from the dollar store like Gatorade, his favorite treats, and hygiene things to take with him when we leaves town.
-His favorite dinners
-5 minute back rub

Pale 2:
-Temple Trip
-Build a fort and sleep in it
-Fast Food Dinner
-Ice cream

Pale 3:
-Eat out
-Bowling Night
-Go to the famous Custard shop here in St. Louis
-Ticket to buy one supplement (protein or creatine)

Pale 4:
-Tickets to a Cardinals Game
-Buy one of his favorite books
-A whole night of gaming without a made wife ;)


Obviously make them specific to your relationship and throw some random things in there that your husband would like to do. Have fun with it!
